Recovering from Autism Burnout

Autistic burnout differs from general burnout in its causes and impact. Unlike typical burnout recovery, which may focus on rest and work-life balance, autistic burnout recovery often involves fundamental changes in lifestyle, boundaries, and self-acceptance.
