Occupational Therapy | Fine Motor Skills Activities (For Toddlers)

In this video, Nicole shares three simple fine motor activities to support toddlers’ development. The first activity involves placing colorful sticks into a container, enhancing dexterity and coordination. For a challenge, use toothpicks instead.

The second activity , “Feed the Bunny”, uses puff balls and plastic tongs, promoting hand strength and visual – motor skills; starting with larger puff balls can ease frustration. Finally, placing fish onto a felt fishbowl using clothespins challenges motor planning and grip.
